I can’t even believe I’m typing out these words you guys.. but we bought another house!! We will be selling The Morganston House. I’m an emotional mess right now!! I can’t believe we did it.. but we have found our dream next property. It has more land, quieter road, same old big fixer upper farmhouse, with a huge new garage and barn. We threw a Hail Mary offer in (the Ontario market is WILD right now..) and they picked us!! I still can’t believe it. Holy smokes!!!
So.. we are putting our house on the market as soon as possible. But first things first, I want to give you a few sneak peeks of the new property!! We are hoping to make a good return on our investment with The Morganston House as you all know we’ve put a lot of $ into it so far so therefore we can put some money into The Wooler House as soon as we move in to get some improvements. Its an old farmhouse like ours (actually.. the houses could be sisters!) as its only 5 minutes from where we are now! So lath and plaster walls, old oil furnace, older furnishings.. the previous home owners have done such a great job keeping it well maintained for sure. We are looking to make it 100% air tight so we are going to re-insulate, re-drywall and update the main living spaces! Yes.. I think I just may get a bigger kitchen!! Heres hoping!!

It has such good bones.. such great potential! I can’t wait. Even though I’m very emotional anytime I think about leaving The Morganston House.. but I know its served its purpose to us and we are ready to take the next adventure on!
